Studio Blue is a community of teachers and healers all dedicated to giving you the BEST in what we do. We are a fully equipped pilates studio, located in NW Portland, just outside of the Pearl, offering over 20 mat classes a week. We specialize in both rehabilitative Pilates and sports specific training, customizing a program for your particular needs. We believe in embodying all aspects of your well being and have a team of resources including therapeutic and rehabilitative massage therapists, acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner.
