TRX suspension training classes are designed for all people, all ages, all fitness levels. Anyone who is a novice to an elite athlete can do TRX suspension, because YOU select the angle of your own body. To increase the intensity, move away from the TRX suspension frame. To decrease the intensity, move closer to the TRX suspension frame. You are in control.
TRX classes will push your training to another level. And with over 100 different exercises, TRX training is a full body workout that will always challenge your body with something new and different. You’ll build lean muscle mass and get toned!

TRX classes at Studio Blue run in 4-week workshops or on a drop in basis if room is available. Class sizes are limited to 6 people to insure you get personal attention and correction. Please bring clean running shoes to class and a towel. Class time is 50 minutes. You can schedule your class by going online or by emailing us.
