Entering Our Building
When you arrive, use the call box at the Avenue Lofts and search for your instructor’s last name to gain entry.
Where to Park
There is street parking all around our building.
Private and Reformer Cancellation Policy
If you are canceling a reformer class or private session please call or email at least 24 hours in advance. If you are sick there is no charge.
What to Wear
Please wear form-fitting clothes that will allow your body to move comfortably and stretch freely. We have a bathroom in our studio that can be used to change in and a shower.
Our Pilates Equipment
We have two types of Pilates equipment at the Studio: Balanced Body and Merithew (Stott).
