
Reformer Classes
Beginner/Rehab Classes
These classes are best for those who are new to the equipment and for clients who may have preexisting health conditions, chronic pain, back issues, recent injury or surgery, or any other condition which may require the instructor to offer individualized modifications of the exercises for each client.


All Levels
This class is a good fit for you if you have prior reformer experience, we recommend at least 10 beginner classes or private lessons. In these classes the instructor will expect you to adjust your springs and know how to modify exercises as needed.
Athletic Classes
Our Athletic Reformer class adds challenge, coordination, and a burst of cardio to your Pilates routine. Using the jumpboard to elevate your heart rate, you’ll build lower-body strength and core stability. Expect full-body work that includes squats, lunges, planks and dynamic rotation.
