How do I book a session?

You can book sessions through our website's scheduling page, contact page or by contacting us directly via email or phone.

Do I need prior Pilates experience?

Not at all! We welcome clients of all experience levels. Our intro packages are designed specifically for newcomers.

What equipment do you use?

We have two types of Pilates equipment at the Studio: Balanced Body and Merithew (Stott).

What should I wear?

Please wear form-fitting clothes that will allow your body to move comfortably and stretch freely. We have a bathroom in our studio that can be used to change in and a shower.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are canceling a reformer class or private session, please call or email at least 24 hours in advance. If you are sick there is no charge.

Where can I park?

There is street parking all around our building. The Pearl District also has several parking garages nearby.

How do I enter the building?

Accepted Answer

When you arrive, use the call box at the Avenue Lofts and search for your instructor's last name to gain entry.
