At Studio Blue, our small-group Reformer classes (maximum 4 clients) ensure you get personalized attention and expert correction while enjoying the energy of a group setting.

CLASS TYPES
Find Your Perfect Class
Beginner / Rehab
Best for those new to the equipment or with preexisting health conditions, chronic pain, back issues, recent injury or surgery. Instructors offer individualized modifications.
All Levels
A good fit if you have prior reformer experience — we recommend at least 10 beginner classes or private lessons. You'll adjust your own springs and modify exercises as needed.
Athletic
Adds challenge, coordination, and a burst of cardio using the jumpboard to elevate your heart rate. Expect full-body work including squats, lunges, planks and dynamic rotation.
